Orders cannot be modified after being placed. 

Orders must be placed using a "stanfordchildrens.org" email address. 

Item pricing includes 17% royalty charge, embroidery, setup, taxes and shipping. 

Items will ship to one location for distribution 4-5 weeks after the website is closed. 

Once delivered to the shipping location, any missing/damaged items must be reported within 2 weeks.
